End-user license

This is the agreement for LyricRoll on Windows. Last updated 2 October 2026.

The software

LyricRoll is stage lyrics and performance-notes software. By downloading or using it, you agree to this license.

Try before you buy

The download is a trial of the full app. You can keep two songs so you can test changing songs, control, the editor, and backing tracks on your PC. Buy a license when you want unlimited songs. Test it before you pay.

Paid license

A paid key is a one-time purchase. It unlocks unlimited songs and activates on two PCs (for example one for editing and one on stage). After you activate, the app works offline. The key is for you; do not share or resell it. Deactivate a PC in Settings if you replace a machine.

Your songs

Setlists, songs, images, and audio you put in Documents\LyricRoll belong to you. This license does not give us any rights to that material. Back that folder up.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your personal information. Your library stays on your computer. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Activating a key sends the key and a PC identifier to Lemon Squeezy so the license can be locked to that machine. The website uses a Google tag so we can see if an ad brought someone here. If you email support, we only see what you send.

What you may do

You may install and use LyricRoll on the PCs you activate, and keep a backup copy. You may not rent the software, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

No warranty

LyricRoll is provided as-is. We do not promise it will suit every show or never fail. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a lost gig, lost files, or other damages. Keep your own backups.
